Factory Manager (Water Production) Job Type Full Time , Onsite Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience: 2 - 5 years Location Abuja Job Field Engineering / Technical , Manufacturing Salary Range ₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month Nomis Water, is a producer of high-quality sachet and bottled water in Aco Lugbe, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Factory Manager to oversee our production operations, drive efficiency, ensure consistent product quality, and lead our team to achieve production targets while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end production processes for sachet and bottled water, from raw material intake to packaging and distribution. Manage maintenance of factory machinery, water treatment systems, and related equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. Ensure full compliance with NAFDAC regulations, environmental safety standards, and other relevant industry guidelines. Supervise, train, and motivate factory staff; manage workforce scheduling, performance, and development. Monitor and control inventory levels, raw materials, and supplies to optimize costs without compromising quality. Implement quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste. Plan, coordinate, and oversee all factory operations to ensure production targets are achieved. Ensure products are manufactured efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards. Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies. Monitor production costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, quality control, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree or HND in any field (degrees in Engineering, Food Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines are an advantage) Experience: 3–5 years of proven managerial experience: in a similar role within the water, beverage, or food production industry.
