Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities across Africa, helping the business stay focused on its growth ambitions. Create clear, accurate and timely reporting that brings key financial metrics and performance drivers to life. Partner with teams across finance and the wider business to understand results, challenge assumptions and support strategic initiatives. Develop financial models and analysis that provide valuable insight into revenue, costs, margins and profitability trends. Improve the quality, accuracy and integrity of financial information while supporting reporting process improvements and automation initiatives. What You’ll Bring A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline, alongside an ACA qualification. Experience: in finance, accounting, FP&A or business analysis. Strong financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting capabilities. Confidence working with large data sets and transforming information into meaningful insights. Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, with experience: using ERP systems such as SAP. Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial performance to a range of stakeholders. A curious, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
