Write clean, well-documented, modular, and maintainable code aligned with established engineering standards and best practices. Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to translate business requirements: and wireframes into robust, user-centred technical solutions. Participate actively in code reviews, providing thoughtful and constructive feedback to peers while maintaining a high bar for overall code quality across the team. Requirements: B.Sc/HND in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline. 2 to 5 years of professional, production-grade software development experience. Strong proficiency in at least one backend language: Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript), Python, PHP, or Java. Demonstrated experience: with frontend frameworks: React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js. Solid understanding of relational database design and management (PostgreSQL, MySQL); experience: with NoSQL databases is a plus.
