We are seeking a high-performing Project Manager for our Construction Department. Min Qualification: HND Experience: Level: Senior level Experience: Length: 5 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Site Execution & Supervision: Lead and direct daily civil and structural construction activities across active build sites. Contractor & Trade Management: Coordinate main contractors, structural engineers, MEP technicians, site supervisors, and artisans. Quality Assurance & Control: Perform rigorous technical inspections to ensure materials (concrete mix, rebar steel, masonry) and workmanship meet regulatory and structural safety benchmarks. Schedule & Milestone Management: Develop master project timelines (Gantt charts) and track progress to meet delivery schedules. Cost & Material Control: Partner with Quantity Surveyors to monitor material allocations, reduce site waste, and prevent cost overruns. Regulatory Compliance: Secure local building approvals, coordinate with Development Control/Physical Planning authorities, and enforce site Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
