We are seeking a high-performing Project Manager for our Construction Department. Min Qualification: HND Experience: Level: Senior level Experience: Length: 5 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Site Execution & Supervision: Lead and direct daily civil and structural construction activities across active build sites. Contractor & Trade Management: Coordinate main contractors, structural engineers, MEP technicians, site supervisors, and artisans. Quality Assurance & Control: Perform rigorous technical inspections to ensure materials (concrete mix, rebar steel, masonry) and workmanship meet regulatory and structural safety benchmarks. Schedule & Milestone Management: Develop master project timelines (Gantt charts) and track progress to meet delivery schedules. Cost & Material Control: Partner with Quantity Surveyors to monitor material allocations, reduce site waste, and prevent cost overruns. Regulatory Compliance: Secure local building approvals, coordinate with Development Control/Physical Planning authorities, and enforce site Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols. Executive Technical Reporting: Provide weekly structural progress reports, risk logs, and milestone assessments directly to the Head of Construction / Executive Management. Requirements: Minimum of an HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or Construction Management. Full registration with COREN (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria), CORBON (Builders Registration Board of Nigeria), or membership in NIOB / NSE is highly required. Advanced blueprint reading, deep knowledge of Nigerian building codes and soil/material testing, strong site team leadership, and crisis management skills.
