Assist in the evaluation of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as accounting, treasury, operations, and strategy. Analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to assess company performance and identify trends towards appropriate advisory. Develop financial models for forecasting, valuation, budgeting, and scenario analysis. Conduct financial analysis to support corporate strategy, investment decisions, and business planning.
