The Supply Chain Executive will support the planning, coordination, and execution of sourcing, procurement, inventory, and distribution activities to ensure products and materials move efficiently through the organisation. This role requires strong analytical ability, vendor management skills, and a keen eye for process efficiency. The successful candidate will help ensure the organisation's supply chain remains reliable, cost-effective, and responsive to demand. Key Responsibilities: Track supplier performance against agreed service levels and quality standards. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, budgets, and approval processes. Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records in line with company policy. Analyse supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements. Support sourcing and procurement activities, including vendor identification, evaluation, and negotiation. Support demand planning and forecasting in collaboration with relevant departments. Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking, coordinating replenishment as needed. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials. Required Qualifications & Competencies Professional certification such as CIPS, CSCP, or an equivalent supply chain qualification. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective negotiation and vendor relationship management ability. Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Ability to work cross-functionally with logistics, finance, and operations teams. Understanding of procurement processes, including vendor negotiation and contract management. Working knowledge of inventory management and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. 4–6 years of relevant experience: in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, inventory management, or a related field.
