We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Quality Control Superintendent Location: Onitsha, Anambra Employment Type: Full-time Industry : Plastic & Thermoware Manufacturing Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Quality Control Superintendent to lead our Quality Control and Quality Assurance operations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct root-cause analysis and implement effective corrective/preventive actions. Monitor product defects, rejection, rework, wastage, and customer complaints. Work closely with Production and other departments to maintain consistent product quality. Identify defects, non-conformities, and process deviations and ensure timely corrective actions. Develop and enforce quality inspection procedures and standards. Prepare quality reports and monitor key quality performance indicators. Inspect and ensure the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products. Train and supervise Quality Control Inspectors. Lead and supervise the Quality Control/Quality Assurance team. Requirements: Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Strong and in-depth knowledge of QC/QA principles, inspection procedures, defect analysis, and CAPA. HND/B.Sc. in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 4 years' experience: in Quality Control Inspection/Quality Assurance. Previous experience: in a plastic manufacturing company is an added advantage, especially in injection moulding, blow moulding, coolers, food flasks, or thermoware production.
