The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership capabilities, strong curriculum knowledge, and a proven ability to inspire both staff and pupils. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate assessments, examinations, and academic reporting. Foster strong relationships with parents and other stakeholders. Prepare academic and administrative reports for management. Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and classroom management. Promote pupil discipline, welfare, safeguarding, and wellbeing. Manage school resources efficiently. Develop and implement school improvement initiatives. Lead staff development, mentoring, and performance management. Ensure compliance with educational standards, policies, and regulations. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Primary School teachers. Ensure effective planning and implementation of the school's curriculum. Monitor pupils' academic performance and implement improvement strategies. Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Primary School. Oversee admissions, timetables, extracurricular programmes, and school events. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Education: or a related discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational management systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of the Nigerian and/or British curriculum. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. A Master's Degree or relevant professional certification is an added advantage. High level of integrity and professionalism.
