Oversee day-to-day operations across the company's business portfolios Coordinate department heads and ensure departments operate against clear KPIs and deadlines. Develop, implement, and monitor company policies, SOPs, and operational processes. Monitor major projects, timelines, deliverables, budgets and resource utilisation. Oversee procurement and vendor performance to ensure quality, compliance and value for money. Identify operational risks, recurring problems and bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
