Min Qualification: MBA / MSc Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting and financial operations. Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Develop and monitor budgets and cash flow forecasts. Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash management. Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable. Ensure timely tax filings and statutory compliance. Prepare management reports and financial analyses to support business decisions. Monitor inventory valuation, production costs, and cost control. Supervise payroll processing and financial documentation. Work closely with management to improve financial performance and operational efficiency. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities when required. Ensure proper internal controls and compliance with company policies. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, ICAN, or equivalent) is an added advantage. A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience. Must be proficient in QuickBooks. Candidates with strong experience using other accounting software (Sage, Xero, ERPNext, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) are also encouraged to apply. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and payroll. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Experience in the agriculture, manufacturing, or production sector is an added advantage.
