The candidate will play a crucial role in scaling the organization, attracting loans and deposits from prospects, enhancing efficiency, and implementing operational excellence across the business development departments. The candidate must be currently working on the island within a financial institution. Candidates with experience: in marketing, an MBA, or a master’s degree will have an added advantage given the sector’s fast-paced, regulatory, and technology-driven nature. Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities. Plan and coordinate promotional events, sponsorships, and brand activations. Oversee the production of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, etc.). Maintain and update the company website and social media accounts. Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support business development. Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
