Our client is seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the CEO & Board of Directors in a fast-paced environment. Core Responsibilities: Financial & Budgetary Control: Overseeing budget preparation, fund raising, optimizing expenses, and managing financial reporting to ensure project profitability. Operational Oversight: Managing the day-to-day business functions, including construction progress, property management, and maintenance.
