We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Field Monitoring Agent Location: Lagos Responsibilities: Collect relevant information through direct observation and customer interaction to provide a clear picture of the situation on the ground. Investigate discrepancies between available customer information and field observations, identifying unusual activities, false representations, relocated businesses or other potential fraud indicators. Capture supporting evidence in accordance with established field verification standards. Identify cases requiring urgent attention based on field observations and ensure that critical findings are promptly escalated to the relevant team. Evaluate the operational status of businesses and retail customers during field visits and identify significant changes that may require further attention. Carry out physical visits to assigned customer and business locations to validate the accuracy and current status of information provided. Provide reliable field information that enables relevant teams to make informed decisions regarding customer management, risk mitigation and recovery actions. Recognize early signs of financial, operational, behavioural or location-related risks and escalate relevant findings through the appropriate channels. Requirements: Observational & Communication Skills: Ability to conduct subtle, professional physical assessments and interact effectively with retail customers and business owners. Tech Proficiency: Comfort using mobile applications, smartphone tools, and GPS-enabled survey platforms. Education: Recent graduates (B.Sc. or HND) in Business, Finance, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline. Integrity: Uncompromising personal ethics and commitment to accurate, unbiased reporting.
