We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Security Supervisor Location: Aba, Abia Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking disciplined and experienced Security Supervisors to oversee security operations and personnel across the hotel. The successful candidates will supervise security teams during assigned shifts and ensure that all hotel security procedures are consistently followed. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate shift logs and incident reports. Monitor entrances, exits, parking areas, guest floors, rooftop bar, conference hall, and other sensitive areas. Monitor access control and visitor movement. Coordinate with CCTV/control-room personnel. Brief security staff before and after shifts. Support emergency evacuation and crisis-response procedures. Escalate major incidents to the Chief Security Officer. Conduct regular patrols and security inspections. Supervise Security Officers during assigned shifts. Ensure staff maintain professional appearance, conduct, and alertness. Ensure all designated security posts are properly staffed. Respond to security incidents and emergencies. Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years' experience: in security operations. Hotel, corporate, commercial, or hospitality security experience: is an advantage. Physically fit, disciplined, alert, and reliable. Relevant security training/certification is an advantage. Previous supervisory experience: is preferred. Strong observation and incident-reporting skills. Good leadership and communication abilities.
