Key Responsibilities: Monitor digital campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics. Execute email and SMS marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, scheduling and performance tracking. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Teams to support lead generation, conversion and customer acquisition. Manage and optimise the company’s online presence, including website, social media and YouTube. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms. Conduct market, audience and competitor research to identify digital growth opportunities. Implement Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic. Support paid digital advertising campaigns and monitor performance against set objectives. Generate, nurture and follow up on digital leads in collaboration with the Sales Team. Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Media Team to develop and promote engaging digital content. Track website traffic, engagement, conversions and other relevant digital marketing KPIs. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platforms, tools and best practices. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience: in digital marketing or a related role.
