We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Furniture Maker (Upholstery and Laminate) Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Contract Job Summary The Furniture Factory Staff will assist in the manufacturing, assembling, finishing, and packaging of furniture products while ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained. We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our furniture production team as Factory staff in the following capacities: Upholstery, Laminate etc. Key Responsibilities: Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards. Load, unload, and move materials within the factory. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets. Follow workplace safety guidelines and company procedures. Support upholstery, painting, or finishing processes when needed. Cut, shape, sand, and polish wood and other materials as required. Report faulty equipment or production issues to supervisors. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Operate factory tools and machinery safely and efficiently. Assist in the production and assembly of furniture items. Requirements: Previous factory or furniture-making experience. Attention to detail and willingness to learn. Good teamwork and communication skills. Ability to use basic hand and power tools. Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification with 1 - 2 years experience. Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
