We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Ancillary Duty Officer Location: Anthony Village, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Responsible for general office administration, filing, documentation, record keeping, correspondence, registrations, licences, memberships, and other administrative activities. Accounts & Financial Support: Responsible for assisting with accounting and financial administration, including invoices, receivables, payables, schedules, lodgements, reconciliations, remittances, and maintenance of financial records. Inventory Administration: Responsible for inventory administration, including stock-taking, monitoring of office supplies and materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Job Skills & Qualifications Candidate should possess a minimum of B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field, with 2–3 years relevant experience: in administrative or accounts-support roles. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and accounting software will be an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, good numerical ability, attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong record-keeping abilities are required.
