The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and producing compelling visual and written content across the Company's digital platforms. Mshel Homes Limited is seeking a creative, innovative, and results-driven Content Creator to develop engaging and high-quality content that promotes the Company's brand, properties, products, and services. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Production: Create high-quality videos, reels, short-form content, photographs, and other visual materials. Generate creative content ideas and concepts aligned with the Company's marketing objectives and target audience. Develop property-focused content, including property tours, site updates, project progress, client testimonials, and promotional campaigns. Develop creative and engaging content for the Company's social media platforms, website, and other digital channels. Write engaging captions, scripts, content copies, and other relevant written materials. Stay updated on current content trends, social media trends, and emerging digital formats. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and content strategies. Social Media & Brand Support: Monitor audience engagement and contribute ideas to improve content performance. Ensure all content aligns with Mshel Homes Limited's brand identity, tone, values, and approved guidelines. Support the execution of the Company's social media and digital marketing strategy. Assist in developing content calendars and planning content around campaigns, property launches, events, and key business activities. Create content tailored to different platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. Work closely with the Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, Graphic Designer, and other members of the Marketing/Creative team. Photography & Videography: Edit photographs and visual content to ensure high-quality and professional output. Capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties, project sites, events, staff activities, and other Company activities. Conduct basic video editing, including trimming, transitions, subtitles, sound, and formatting for different digital platforms. Ensure all content is properly stored, organised, and readily accessible when required. Support video shoots, interviews, property tours, and promotional productions. Collaboration & Project Support: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and other relevant teams to understand content requirements: and campaign objectives. Receive and implement creative feedback from the Creative Lead/Creative Director and relevant Management. Attend property inspections, site visits, events, activations, and other activities for content coverage when required. Manage assigned content projects and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables. Coordinate with external photographers, videographers, influencers, and other creative vendors when required. Performance & Reporting: Maintain a record of content produced and support the preparation of content performance reports. Identify successful content formats and recommend improvements based on audience response and performance. Provide regular updates on completed content, ongoing projects, and upcoming deliverables. Monitor the performance of assigned content using engagement and reach metrics. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Creativity and innovation in content development. Content engagement, reach, views, and audience growth. Contribution of content to marketing campaigns and lead-generation objectives. Timely delivery of assigned content. Quality and consistency of brand representation. Responsiveness to feedback and implementation of required revisions. Compliance with approved content calendars and deadlines. Number and quality of content pieces produced. Qualifications Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience: in content creation, social media, digital media, or a similar role. A strong portfolio demonstrating previous work in photography, videography, social media content, or digital storytelling. Experience: in the real estate industry is an added advantage. Bachelor's degree/HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, Communications, Film Production, Creative Arts, or a related field. Required Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content trends. Good attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards. Proficiency in video and photo editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar software. Excellent photography and videography skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Ability to create engaging short-form video content, including Reels and TikTok videos. Good copywriting and caption-writing skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple assignments.
