Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality products at competitive prices. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of purchased goods. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the Inventory Officer to prevent stock shortages and overstocking. Conduct market surveys to identify new suppliers, pricing trends, and cost-saving opportunities. Prepare purchase orders and ensure accurate procurement documentation. Verify the quality and quantity of supplied goods against purchase orders. Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement-related issues promptly.
