Proven leadership, people management, coaching, and performance management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Drive revenue growth, profitability, and achievement of business objectives. Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization. Demonstrated experience: managing restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels, or multi-outlet hospitality businesses. Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and service standards. Proficiency in hospitality management systems and Microsoft Office applications. 7–10 years' progressive experience: in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years managing a sizeable Food & Beverage (F&B) operation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
