Project Leadership: Lead targeted process improvement initiatives utilizing the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) framework. Data-Driven Problem Solving: Collect and analyze operational data to identify root causes of defects, waste, and cycle-time inefficiencies. Solutions Implementation: Test, pilot, and validate improvements, and implement control plans to sustain gains over time.
