The role ensures smooth coordination across environmental consultancy, pollution control, haulage, and marine services. Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of oil waste management projects, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Nigerian environmental laws, DPR (Department of Petroleum Resources) guidelines, and international best practices. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor operational staff, drivers, engineers, and marine crew to achieve performance targets. Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor waste management projects, including petroleum product recovery, industrial waste disposal, and medical/domestic waste treatment. Environmental Consultancy: Provide technical input on pollution control strategies, environmental impact assessments, and sustainability initiatives. Logistics & Haulage: Oversee haulage operations, ensuring timely and safe transportation of waste and petroleum products. Marine Services: Coordinate marine waste management operations, including offshore waste collection and spill response. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with oil & gas clients, government agencies, and stakeholders. Financial Management: Develop budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure cost-effective operations. Key Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Sciences, Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
