We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Bar Supervisor Location: Yaba, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Main Functions The Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, high-quality beverage preparation, and excellent customer experience. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining standards, and ensuring smooth coordination within the bar team. Responsibilities: Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. Train and support bar staff to improve performance. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience: Upsell drinks to customers when appropriate. Ensure timely and efficient service to customers. Enforce hygiene, safety, and service standards. Monitor drink quality, presentation, and consistency. Supervise and coordinate all bar staff and daily operations. Prepare reports on bar performance and sales. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to recipes Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of supplies. Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages. Requirements: Strong understanding of customer service and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere OND / HND / BSc Degree in Hospitality or any related field with 3-5 years work experience.
