The role ensures exceptional guest satisfaction, profitable operations, high service standards, and effective leadership of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and stewarding. The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the efficient management of all Food & Beverage operations in accordance with Hyatt's brand standards, corporate strategies, and operational policie Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Monitor food quality, beverage quality, hygiene, and service standards. Manage the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets. Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure guest complaints are handled promptly and professionally. Conduct daily briefings and ensure smooth coordination between service and kitchen teams. Financial Management: Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue. Control food cost, beverage cost, payroll, and operating expenses. Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts. Analyse financial reports and implement corrective actions where necessary. Achieve departmental revenue and profitability targets. People Management: Conduct performance appraisals and succession planning. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Schedule staff efficiently to meet business demands. Recruit, train, coach, mentor, and develop F&B associates. Foster employee engagement and maintain Hyatt's culture of care. Guest Experience: Build relationships with regular guests and VIPs. Ensure high guest satisfaction scores and respond effectively to guest feedback. Work closely with other departments to create memorable guest experiences. Deliver exceptional guest experiences consistent with Hyatt standards. Food Safety & Compliance: Ensure all licensing requirements: for food and alcoholic beverages are met. Sales & Marketing: Develop promotions, themed events, and seasonal menus. Support banquet and catering sales initiatives. Maximize restaurant occupancy and banquet revenue. Partner with Sales & Marketing to promote F&B outlets. Inventory & Cost Control: Conduct regular inventory counts and audits. Oversee purchasing and inventory management. Ensure proper stock rotation and storage procedures. Minimize waste and prevent losses. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience: in an international upscale or luxury hotel.
