Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with organizational goals and industry best practices. Foster positive employee relations by promoting effective communication and conflict resolution. Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources to attract top-quality candidates.
