Key Responsibilities: Sort, wash, dry, iron, fold and arrange hotel linens, towels and uniforms. Process guests’ laundry carefully and within the required timeframe. Identify stains and apply suitable cleaning methods without damaging fabrics. Operate washing machines, dryers, irons and other laundry equipment safely. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the laundry area. Monitor detergents and other laundry supplies and report low stock promptly. Inspect items for stains, damage or missing pieces before and after washing. Report faulty equipment and maintenance issues immediately. Follow the hotel’s hygiene, safety and chemical-handling procedures. Requirements: Previous experience: in hotel laundry or a similar role is an advantage.
