Social Media Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts. Monitor social media trends and recommend strategies to improve engagement and reach. Maintain brand consistency across all contents and digital platform. Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Promote company products, services, events, and announcements online. Provide technical support for company events and corporate programmes. IT Responsibilities: Carry out Installation of hardware and troubleshoot computer issues. Maintain hardware components through repair or replacement. Daily backup of all database files and documents. Updating of malware protection devices to prevent viruses or computer hacking.
