Responsibilities: Oversee the daily opening and closing procedures of the lounge, ensuring all checklists are completed. Manage Inventory, including ordering of food, beverages, and sundries, while maintaining strict stock control. Manage staff rostering, attendance, and performance, ensuring adherence to grooming and service standards. Assist in the training and development of new and existing team members. Ensure the lounge maintains a clean, well-presented, and welcoming atmosphere at all times. Actively interact with guests to gauge satisfaction and anticipate their needs. Conduct daily audits, manage shift reconciliations, and oversee cash handling procedures.
