Adkan Services Nigeria Limited is seeking a creative and experienced Architect to design, plan, and oversee construction projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Review project requirements: and ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations Prepare and review construction documents and material specifications Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings for construction projects Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers on project execution Prepare presentation drawings, 3D renderings, and technical specifications Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timelines Provide technical guidance and resolve design-related issues during construction Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders Conduct site inspections and monitor implementation of architectural designs Required Qualifications Good understanding of Nigerian building regulations and standards Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc./M.Sc./HND) in Architecture or related field Ability to prepare and interpret detailed architectural drawings and specifications Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, Lumion, or similar tools Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building materials 5 years minimum proven experience: in architectural design and project supervision (mandatory) Preferred Qualifications: Professional registration or membership (e.g., ARCON, NIA) Knowledge of sustainable and modern architectural practices Experience: working on residential, commercial, or institutional projects Experience: in interior and exterior design coordination.
