Lead academic planning and contribute to the development of Center‑wide strategic plans, priorities, and objectives. Oversee the implementation of academic components of annual operational plans and budgets, ensuring efficient use of academic resources. Develop and enforce academic policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistency and compliance across all programs. Provide strategic support to the Center Director on accreditation, certification, and quality assurance processes for new and existing academic and professional programs. Assume expanded leadership responsibilities: in periods when the Center Director is unavailable, ensuring continuity of academic operations and decision-making. Academic Program Management and Student Success: Oversee curriculum delivery, instructional quality, assessments, and academic performance across all programs.
