As part of its expansion in Nigeria, with operations already launched in Ibadan and incoming activity in Lagos, we are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Communications Manager Location : Ibadan, Oyo Job Description The Communications Manager collaborates with the management to define marketing objectives and develop comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Tasks Budget & Procurement Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI tracking. Develop call for tenders in compliance with the regulations in force and analyse the offers of a service provider on various indicators. Developing Marketing Strategy: Collaborate management to define marketing objectives and develop comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Public Relations: Develop and implement public relations strategies to maintain positive media relations and enhance brand visibility. Handle media inquiries and press releases. Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, email marketing, and social media marketing. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content with the group and local agencies, for various platforms, including website, social media, email, and print materials. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention, and constantly monitor the visibility of the company's brand. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics. Event Management: Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads. Responsibilities: Meet the company's QHSE standards.
