Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with operations, documentation, terminal, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of customer jobs. Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent service delivery. Maintain accurate customer records and provide timely updates on job status, customer requests, complaints, and other related matters. Monitor customer invoices, payments, outstanding balances, and other relevant financial documentation. Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities, following up on enquiries, quotations, and converting prospects into customers. Requirements: Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Strong relationship management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 3–5 years of relevant experience: in customer relationship management, must be within the shipping, container terminal, logistics, or freight forwarding industry. Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Logistics, or a related field. Salary N250,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
