Protect the station’s brand and reputation on and off air. Manage live audience interactions, phone-ins, and social media feedback where applicable. Ensure guests comply with studio rules and broadcast etiquettes Manage sensitive topics responsibly and diplomatically. Keep up to date with current affairs and relevant trends. Introduce program segments, guests, and topics clearly. Work closesely with prodicers Present assigned programs confidently and professionally on air. Requirements: Relevant presentation or media training is an advantage. Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Theatre Arts, Communication Arts, or related field. Professional Experience: Talents with exceptional skills may be considered without prior experience. 3–5 years on-air presentation experience: (preferred). Skills and Competencies: Ability to think quickly under pressure Basic knowledge of studio operations.
