Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounting documentation. Prepare financial statements, reports, budgets, and periodic financial summaries. Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly. Provide management with accurate financial information to support decision-making. Record and reconcile daily financial transactions. Monitor accounts payable and receivable. Assist with audits and provide required financial documentation. Perform bank and account reconciliations. Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other financial documents. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records. Monitor cash flow and assist with financial planning. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills. Professional accounting certification such as ICAN/ACCA will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
