Recruit new distributors and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors. Present and promote the company’s cosmetics products confidently to prospective customers. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales. Meet assigned sales and distributor acquisition targets. Conduct market visits and identify new sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer contacts, and distributor accounts. Provide regular updates on market feedback, customer needs, and competitor activities.
