Luxpowertek Nigeria is looking for a Warehouse Officer to join our Port Harcourt branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, documentation, inventory control, and dispatch of products while maintaining accurate warehouse records. Key Responsibilities: Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of products within the warehouse. Work closely with the Sales, Logistics, and Operations teams to coordinate stock movement. Report damaged, missing, expired, or discrepant items promptly. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records. Maintain accurate records of goods received, issued, transferred, and returned. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and secure. Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management. Prepare products and documentation for dispatch and delivery. Receive, inspect, and properly document incoming products and materials. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, security, and operational procedures. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with inventory records. Organize and maintain warehouse stock in a safe, orderly, and accessible manner. Support periodic inventory audits and stock-taking exercises. Requirements: Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills. OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: in the solar, inverter, battery, electrical, electronics, or power solutions industry will be an added advantage. Must have 1–3 years of relevant warehouse/inventory experience. Ability to use Microsoft Excel and other inventory/warehouse management systems. Good communication and organizational skills. Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. Physical fitness and willingness to handle warehouse-related activities.
