We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in Sokoto. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitor activity. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet regional targets. Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies. Manage, mentor, and monitor sales representatives within the assigned territory. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. Drive brand visibility and consumer engagement in line with the company’s marketing goals. Requirements: Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong knowledge of the Northernmarket terrain. Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the region. Minimum of 5 years sales experience: in FMCG, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
