We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Agronomist to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee crop production, ensure best agronomic practices, and drive innovation in nutrient management, pest control, irrigation, and greenhouse farming. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement crop management plans from planting to harvest. Provide technical expertise in nutrient and pest management for vegetables and fruits. Monitor soil, water, and crop health, recommending timely interventions. Supervise and train farm workers on agronomic best practices, farm safety, and biosecurity. Manage irrigation schedules and ensure water efficiency. Conduct trials of new crop varieties and farming techniques. Keep accurate farm records and report production data to management. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agriculture, or related fields 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience: in vegetable farming (bell pepper, cucumber, habanero experience: is an advantage). Practical knowledge of greenhouse farming systems. Strong understanding of soil fertility, irrigation, and pest/disease management. Ability to supervise workers and train junior staff.
