Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, investments, and market expansion initiatives across the Group's businesses. Lead commercial planning by conducting market research, competitive analysis, industry assessments, and business intelligence to support strategic decision-making. Drive revenue growth by developing commercial initiatives that strengthen market penetration, customer acquisition, and business performance across subsidiaries. Evaluate new business proposals, investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic collaborations, providing commercial and financial recommendations to Executive Management.
