Our client, an expanding venture in the pharmaceutical, herbal, and cosmetics sectors, is seeking a high-performing, revenue-focused Business Development & Sales Executive to own and drive business growth as they launch operations in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities: Market Penetration & Business Development: Prospect and secure high-value B2B relationships across hospitals, clinics, retail pharmacies, and major distributors. Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, digital prospecting, and industry events. Formulate and execute aggressive market entry strategies across Lagos and key commercial hubs in Nigeria. Sales Pipeline & Account Closing: Identify competitor tactics, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities to maximize market share. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, product presentations, contract negotiation, and closing. Build and maintain a robust pipeline to consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Sales Operations & Compliance: Prepare regular commercial intelligence reports for executive leadership. Maintain rigorous CRM records (pipeline tracking, deal forecasting, and activity logging). Ensure all sales and marketing activities strictly adhere to PCN guidelines and ethical pharmaceutical standards. Requirements: Education: & Certification: License: Active Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) operating license for the current year. Certifications in Marketing, Business Administration, or Commercial Management are a plus. Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D). Experience: & Exposure: Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and disciplined pipeline management.
