We're looking for an experienced Product/App Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our digital banking products. Key Responsibilities: Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for our E-Banking App and Card Dispensing Solutions Gather business requirements: and translate them into actionable product features Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver innovative solutions Drive product enhancements, customer experience, and digital adoption Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer insights Ensure compliance with banking regulations, CBN Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, and industry best practices Manage product releases, testing, and stakeholder communication Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance, Computer Science, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience: in Product Management within Banking or FinTech Proven experience: managing an E-Banking/Mobile Banking application Hands-on experience: with Card Issuing, Card Dispensing, ATM, or Payment Card Solutions Strong understanding of digital banking, payment systems, and financial technology Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience: working in Agile/Scrum environments is highly desirable A track record of delivering high-impact digital banking products Strong knowledge of payment ecosystems, switching, and card management platforms A customer-first mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
