Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily business and operational activities. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability. Ensure effective execution and delivery of projects and contracts. Lead operations, technical, procurement, logistics, and support functions. Monitor operational performance, budgets, costs, and key performance indicators. Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, regulatory, and industry standards. Build and lead high-performing operational teams. Identify operational risks and implement effective solutions. Support senior management in business growth and strategic initiatives. Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate/professional qualification is an advantage.
