Key Responsibilities: Maintain comprehensive documentation of audit activities and evidence. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Assist during external audits as required. Prepare audit reports detailing findings, risks, and actionable recommendations. Support management in fraud prevention and detection initiatives. Follow up on audit findings to confirm corrective actions are implemented. Conduct periodic internal audits of financial, operational, and administrative processes within the real estate business. Review financial records, transactions, and reports for accuracy and compliance. enhance processes and operational efficiency. Collaborate with departments to Assess internal control systems and identify areas of risk or weakness. Requirements: & Qualifications Strong understanding of internal controls, auditing standards, and risk management. Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
