Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock balances in real time. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against delivery notes. Issue items only against approved authorization. Conduct daily stock monitoring, weekly reconciliations, and monthly physical stock counts. Investigate and report inventory discrepancies immediately. Maintain Stock, Issue, Return, and Goods Received registers (including Google Sheets/Odoo). Monitor stock levels and raise re-order alerts to prevent stock-outs. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and asset reports. Requirements: Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related discipline. Minimum of 2 years’ experience: in inventory or store management. Experience: in an event rental or logistics environment is an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Odoo ERP (or willingness to learn). Attention to detail, integrity, and strong organizational skills.
