Develop the repair network: Identify, evaluate, onboard, and maintain relationships with reliable garages and repair centres. Monitor repair quality: Ensure repairs meet company, manufacturer, safety, and industry standards. Track turnaround times: Follow up on vehicles undergoing repairs and address delays or bottlenecks. Control costs: Review repair estimates, labour charges, parts costs, and invoices to ensure they are reasonable and within agreed terms. Negotiate with repairers: Discuss pricing, service agreements, discounts, warranties, and other commercial arrangements.
