Market Intelligence & Business Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, prescribing behaviour, and industry trends. Product Launch Management: Develop comprehensive launch plans for new pharmaceutical products. Coordinate cross-functional launch activities involving Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance. Prepare launch timelines, promotional materials, training programmes, and communication plans. Monitor post-launch performance and recommend improvement initiatives. Marketing Planning & Execution: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns. Prepare promotional materials including visual aids, brochures, leave-behinds, digital content, and scientific literature. Ensure all promotional materials comply with regulatory and ethical requirements: before use. Plan and coordinate product campaigns, Continuing Medical Education: (CME) programmes, scientific meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events. Evaluate campaign effectiveness using defined performance metrics. Sales Force Effectiveness: Partner with the Sales team to achieve product sales targets. Develop sales tools and promotional aids to improve detailing effectiveness. Conduct product strategy and tactics for field representatives. Participate in field visits to understand customer needs and support sales activities. Gather field feedback and incorporate insights into marketing strategies. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), pharmacists, hospitals, distributors, and institutional customers.
