This role owns all day-to-day operations and ensures the CEO’s strategy is implemented fully across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Quality, and Service Delivery. Build a high-performance, disciplined culture focused on ownership and results. Data-Driven Performance Management Develop, track, and maintain dashboards and reports for all key operational metrics. Use data to make decisions, identify problems early, and drive improvements. Own budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization. Report key metrics to CEO and Board. Governance & Organizational Structure Understand, respect, and enforce organizational structure and reporting lines. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry standards. Manage operational risk and implement mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Management Build strong internal alignment and maintain external relationships with clients, vendors, and partners. Communicate operational status, risks, and wins to the CEO clearly and consistently. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, or related field. MBA or Master’s degree preferred. Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience: in operations. At least 3-5 years in a senior operations leadership role as Head of Operations, COO, or General Manager. Industry: Proven experience: in healthcare, diagnostics, or other highly regulated, process-driven industry is a strong advantage. Track Record: Demonstrated success in executing strategy, turning around inefficient operations, and delivering measurable business results. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience: developing dashboards, KPIs, and using data for decision making. Strong budgeting and financial oversight skills. Tools: Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools. Key Competencies — What Success Looks Like Execution Discipline: Delivers on all agreed strategies, even the difficult ones. End-to-End Ownership: Sees a problem and owns it to resolution. Does not pass gaps to the CEO. Accountability Leadership: Manages performance directly. Holds people and self to high standards.
