Lagos: 1 Crane expert, 1 Excavator expert, 1 Pump Truck expert. Port Harcourt: 1 Crane expert, 1 Excavator expert. Role Overview As a Service Engineer at SANY NIGERIA, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive after-sales support, including installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and complex troubleshooting for these machines to ensure optimal performance. Candidates must possess a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, with 3-5 years of specialized field service experience. Key Responsibilities: Installation and Commissioning: Assemble, install, and commission various SANY products according to manufacturer's specifications and industry standards. Conduct thorough testing and commissioning procedures to ensure equipment functionality and safety. Maintenance and Repair: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using advanced diagnostic tools. Execute timely repairs and replacements of faulty components. Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Technical Support: Offer guidance on product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Provide expert technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Field Service: Collaborate with customers to schedule and coordinate service visits. Respond to service calls and conduct on-site inspections to assess equipment condition.
