Key Responsibilities: Support the General Manager / Managing Director in the overall management of business operations. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and business growth targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Manage key client and stakeholder relationships. Lead, supervise, and motivate teams to achieve business objectives. Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Oversee budgets, performance targets, and operational efficiency. Prepare management reports and provide recommendations to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations. Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and other business engagements. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field. 8–12 years of relevant professional experience, with significant management experience. Relevant professional certifications or an MBA will be an advantage.
