Qualifications & Requirements: Ability to work with sales data, identify trends, and make commercially sound decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing tools. Experience: managing online promotions, product visibility, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives. Strong understanding of e-commerce sales channels and digital marketing strategies. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. 6–10 years of relevant experience: in sales and marketing, preferably within e-commerce, online retail, digital commerce, or a fast-paced consumer business.
